Project management is the fourth loop of the projects’ chains of executive agents and one of the responsibilities delegated to consulting engineers.
In the early years after the Islamic Revolution, it was not preferred by the executive branches and was forgotten in many cases. By the start of construction activities on one hand and due to the privatization and the transition of some of the activities carried out by government agencies to the private sectors, on the other hand, the use of consulting engineers to present project management services were on the agenda of government agencies.
